Job Description:
We are looking for a Night Cook / Baker for a Jack-up Vessel in the Netherlands. The start date is 12th May 2026 with a duration of +/- 5 weeks. Candidates must hold the required certifications listed below.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Preparing and baking bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for crew and personnel
· Cooking night meals and snacks for night shift crew
· Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the galley and baking areas
· Management of food stock, provisions, and storage for night operations
· Compliance with all safety management systems, catering policies, and health regulations
· Assisting with general catering duties as required during night shifts

Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
· GWO WAH (Working at Height) – mandatory
· HUET – mandatory
· Valid Cook certificate (Ships Cook CoC or equivalent)
· Valid Baking certification or proven baking experience
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or offshore equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available to start on 12th May 2026 for +/- 5 weeks
