United Philippine Lines (UPL) is urgently recruiting an Assistant Cook Gardemanger to join international cruise lines. The successful candidate should have relevant culinary experience and the ability to assist with cold kitchen preparation, food presentation, and daily galley operations.

The role requires attention to detail, good teamwork, and strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. Deployment is urgent, with employment conditions subject to company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with preparing cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and other assigned items.
• Support food presentation and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Keep cold kitchen workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow food storage, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Assist the culinary team with daily galley operations.

• Valid passport.
• Valid maritime documents.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Relevant culinary experience in a cold kitchen or similar position.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in an international team.
