United Philippine Lines (UPL) is urgently hiring an experienced Line Cook to join international cruise lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food according to assigned culinary duties and supporting daily galley operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

This opportunity is within the Culinary Department aboard international cruise vessels. Deployment is urgent, and employment conditions will be determined according to company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and present food according to assigned recipes and quality standards.
• Support daily galley operations and ensure timely meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned working area.
• Follow food safety procedures and vessel HSE requirements.
• Cooperate with the international culinary team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Valid passport.
• Valid maritime documents.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Relevant experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary position.
• Ability to work effectively in an international cruise ship environment.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and teamwork.
