United Philippine Lines (UPL) is urgently hiring an Assistant Cook Pastry to join international cruise lines. Candidates should have relevant pastry or bakery experience and be capable of assisting with the preparation, finishing, and presentation of desserts and baked products.

The position is part of the Culinary Department and requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and compliance with food hygiene and vessel safety procedures. Deployment is urgent.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with preparing pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked products.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards under the direction of senior chefs.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain pastry equipment and workstations.
• Ensure proper food storage and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Support daily pastry and galley operations.

• Valid passport.
• Valid maritime documents.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Relevant pastry, bakery, or culinary experience.
