Position: Ship’s Cook

Area of Operation: North Sea
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Ship’s Cook to join an OSV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea.
The contract duration is 4 weeks, with a planned joining date of 2 January.
Due to operational and flag requirements, the position is open only to EU nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian nationals under UK holder of protection status.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and serving of meals for vessel crew in accordance with company standards
• Planning menus and managing galley provisions
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley and storage areas
• Ensuring compliance with maritime food safety and health regulations
• Cooperation with the vessel’s management to meet crew dietary needs
Requirements:
• Valid Ship’s Cook License
• All valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 12 months experience on similar vessel types in the rank of Cook
• EU nationality with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian with UK holder of protection status
• Good command of English
