We are currently recruiting an experienced Offshore Cook to join vessels operating worldwide. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals onboard, ensuring crew welfare through well-balanced nutrition and strict hygiene standards. The position requires an experienced catering professional capable of working in offshore environments and multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving daily meals for crew and offshore personnel
• Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as required
• Minimizing food waste and ensuring efficient galley operations
• Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with regulations
• Catering to dietary requirements and special preferences when needed
• Keeping galley and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant
• Supporting general housekeeping duties when required

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Cook on offshore vessels
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET certification
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in multicultural offshore environments
• Willingness to work internationally
