Join OSM Thome as a 3rd Cook on a passenger ocean cruise vessel sailing from Spain. Support the galley team in preparing tasty, well-presented meals for guests and crew while keeping a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in daily food preparation for passengers and crew, following menus and recipes
· Prepare basic dishes, salads, snacks, and assist with buffet setups
· Keep galley, stores, and equipment clean and in good order
· Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
· Support the Cook and Chef in loading, storing, and stock rotation of provisions
· Work safely and follow all company and vessel procedures

Requirements:
· Previous experience as 3rd Cook or Galley Assistant on passenger or cruise vessels preferred
· Basic knowledge of hot and cold food preparation
· Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness for sea service
· Good English communication skills
· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ready to join in Spain and work in a multicultural environment
· Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
