Location: Brazil
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Cook to join a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) for an upcoming dredging project in Brazil, starting 11 February 2026.
The vessel will be engaged in dredging operations, requiring reliable catering support to ensure crew welfare during offshore activities.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in maritime catering, preferably onboard dredging vessels, and the ability to work efficiently in a rotating offshore schedule.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Chief Cook in meal preparation and galley operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley and food storage areas
• Supporting menu planning and food inventory management
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and maritime health regulations
• Providing catering support for crew during dredging operations

• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable for catering staff)
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as 2nd Cook onboard vessels
• Experience on dredging vessels is an advantage
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
