Location: North Sea

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Cook to join an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The contract duration is 8 weeks with a planned joining date of 10th May. The vessel is engaged in offshore operations, requiring support in galley duties and maintaining high standards of food preparation and hygiene onboard. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian candidates under UK protection status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Assisting the Chief Cook in meal preparation and galley operations
 • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley
 • Supporting food storage, stock control, and inventory management
 • Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking duties
 • Ensuring compliance with safety and food handling procedures

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian under UK protection status
 • Minimum 12 months experience as 2nd Cook on similar DP2 or offshore vessels
