Job Description:
Augustea Intercrew Indonesia is seeking experienced Intercontinental Cooks / Senior Cooks to join an offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for offshore personnel while maintaining international food preparation, hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing international and intercontinental cuisine
• Ensuring food quality, presentation and consistency
• Managing food preparation according to planned menus
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Following food safety and offshore HSE procedures

Requirements:
• Valid National CDC / Seaman Book
• Minimum 3–5 years of offshore experience
• Proven experience as an Intercontinental Cook or Senior Cook
• Previous offshore catering experience required
• Valid Ship Cook certification, as applicable
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food preparation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
