Job Description:
Augustea Intercrew Indonesia is seeking qualified Assistant Cooks / Chapati Makers / Butchers to join an offshore project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates will support the main kitchen team with food preparation, butchery, chapati production and other assigned catering duties.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with daily food preparation
• Preparing chapati and other assigned food products
• Performing butchery and meat preparation duties as applicable
• Supporting the main kitchen team
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:
• Valid National CDC / Seaman Book
• Minimum 3–5 years of offshore experience
• Previous offshore catering experience required
• Relevant experience in food preparation, butchery or chapati production
• Valid catering certification as applicable
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
