Chief Engineer for AHTS DP2 Vessel (North Sea)

Location: North Sea 

Job Description:
Konfillmarine LCC is looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join an AHTS DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing the engine department and technical operations.
• Supervising propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
• Coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensuring reliability of machinery and technical systems during offshore operations.
• Maintaining engineering records and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Eligible nationality as specified for the project
• Valid Certificate of Competency
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven North Sea offshore experience — mandatory
• Relevant anchor-handling experience — mandatory
• Previous AHTS experience preferred
• DP2 experience required where applicable
• Previous experience as Chief Engineer

Employment Details:

• Vessel Type: AHTS DP2
• Operational Area: North Sea
• Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
• Mobilisation: Late October – Early December 2026
