Job Description

Blueanchor Crew Network is currently seeking qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers for deployment onboard international Crude Oil Tankers. We are looking for competent maritime professionals with strong tanker operation experience, valid certification, and readiness to join vessels operating in international waters.

Candidates must demonstrate a high level of safety awareness, professionalism, and compliance with international tanker operation standards. Successful applicants will work within multinational crews onboard crude oil tanker vessels under international maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting safe cargo handling and tanker operations
- Maintaining navigational, engine room, and cargo equipment efficiency
- Complying with tanker safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Conducting maintenance and operational duties according to company standards
- Working effectively within a multinational crew environment

Candidate Requirements

- Indonesian Seafarers (WNI) only
- Valid COC / COP in accordance with STCW requirements
- Valid tanker certificates relevant to Crude Oil Tanker operations
- Valid Seaman Book and Passport (ready/on hand)
- Good English communication skills
- Previous ocean-going tanker experience preferred
- Ready for immediate deployment
- Professional attitude and strong commitment required
- Candidates who pass the interview process must submit original documents as part of the deployment commitment procedure
