Job Description
Bluejacketship Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a qualified Chief Officer for a VLCC tanker. Applicants must have the required tanker experience and a valid Panama CoC.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Master in the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel.
- Plan and supervise cargo loading, discharging, and tank-related operations.
- Oversee deck maintenance and supervise deck officers and ratings.
- Ensure compliance with tanker safety procedures and emergency preparedness requirements.
- Maintain accurate deck, cargo, and safety documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Chief Officer’s Certificate of Competency (CoC) – Panama.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
- Proven experience on large-GRT tankers.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Complete and valid seafarer’s documents.
Employment Details
- Salary: USD 8,000–11,500 per month
- Joining: 2 November 2026
- Location: Singapore
