Job Description:
PTC – Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. is recruiting qualified and experienced officers and ratings for Bulk Carrier vessels engaged in international trade. Candidates must meet company and international maritime standards and be capable of working in a multinational crew environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and cargo operations on Bulk Carrier vessels
• Maintenance of deck, engine room, and cargo handling equipment
• Compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and company SMS
• Adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Participation in drills, audits, and onboard training

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to rank
• Valid Certificate of Competency with flag endorsement
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid passport and travel documents
