Job Description

Minerva Marine Agency, Inc. is seeking Fourth Engineers for its tanker, bulk, and container vessel fleet.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of auxiliary machinery.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance under senior engineers’ supervision.
• Monitor machinery conditions and report faults.
• Support engine-room repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Follow engine-room safety procedures and maintain technical records.

Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Competency appropriate to the position.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant seagoing experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Complete and valid seafarer’s documents and certificates.
