4th Engineer for Bulk Carrier Vessel

Job Description

Jebsen PTC is seeking qualified Fourth Engineers to support engine-room operations aboard a bulk carrier vessel.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist senior engineers with the operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting and repair work on engine-room equipment.
• Monitor machinery conditions and report defects promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe engine-room environment in accordance with onboard procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant marine engineering qualifications and certificates for the position.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience on bulk carrier vessels.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seafarer’s documents.
