Job Description

Minerva Marine Agency, Inc. is recruiting Third Officers for its tanker, bulk, and container vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Carry out navigational watchkeeping duties under the Master’s supervision.
• Assist with the maintenance of navigational equipment and bridge records.
• Inspect lifesaving and firefighting equipment as assigned.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
• Support deck operations and comply with onboard procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant seagoing experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Complete and valid seafarer’s documents and certificates.
