Job Description:
We are a eeking skilled offshore personnel to support ongoing maintenance and construction projects across various North Sea assets. The roles involve working on both fixed and mobile offshore installations, with a mix of rope access and conventional techniques as required by the task. Projects range from scheduled shutdowns to inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) campaigns. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks specific to your trade discipline (e.g., rigging, pipefitting, electrical work).
• Adhering strictly to all safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and environmental regulations.
• Conducting tool-box talks and participating in risk assessments.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required technical and quality standards.
• Assisting with general area housekeeping and preparation of worksites.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (for offshore travel)
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate (e.g., OGUK or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
• Must have the right to work in the UK/EU (Sponsorship is not provided for these roles)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent offshore experience in a similar position
• Role-Specific Mandatory Certs: BOISET, MIST, Relevant Trade Certificate, IRATA (for rope access roles)
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 6–12 months, with potential for extension. Rotational schedule (e.g., 3:1, 4:2) to be confirmed per project.
