Job Description:

Our company, based in Romania, is currently expanding its offshore workforce and is seeking Romanian professionals for upcoming drilling and rig-related projects. We are looking for experienced personnel across rig operations, drilling activities, maintenance, and operational management roles.

Successful candidates will be involved in drilling operations, rig management, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and field supervision in compliance with company standards, offshore safety regulations, and international oil & gas requirements. These opportunities are well suited for professionals with strong offshore rig experience, leadership skills, and a high level of safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervision and execution of drilling and rig operations
• Operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and drilling systems
• Management of rig crews, maintenance teams, and daily offshore activities
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and industry standards
• Reporting operational performance and supporting project management objectives

Requirements:

• Valid STCW / offshore certificates relevant to the applied position (as applicable)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Romanian nationality (preferred / required for future projects)
• Proven experience in drilling rigs, rig operations, or offshore oil & gas projects
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a structured offshore environment
