Job Description

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 80m+ private Motor Yacht based in the Mediterranean.

The successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on leader responsible for managing and mentoring a well-established interior team while maintaining exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, and guest care.

This role is suited to an organised and approachable professional who can lead by example, manage the demands of a large interior department, and create a positive and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Leading, managing, and mentoring a large interior team.
• Maintaining consistently high standards of luxury service, housekeeping, and guest care.
• Overseeing daily interior operations, ensuring efficient planning and organisation.
• Managing interior administration, schedules, inventories, and relevant documentation.
• Supporting and developing the team through hands-on leadership and training.
• Ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining the yacht's high presentation standards.
• Coordinating interior operations during busy periods and supporting yacht management as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts of 70m+.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a large interior team.
• Highly organised with excellent administration and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, floristry, and luxury hospitality.
• Experience with interior management systems such as Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Previous shipyard or refit experience is advantageous.
• Calm, approachable, and professional leadership style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
• STCW 95 / STCW 2010.
• ENG1 Medical Certificate.
• Valid Schengen visa, visa-free exemption, or EU residency.
