Cook for VLCC Vessel

Job Description

Bluejacketship Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cook for a VLCC tanker. Applicants should have relevant tanker experience and be able to maintain high standards of onboard catering and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
• Plan menus and manage food provisions and galley supplies.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food storage.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
• Ensure galley equipment is operated safely and maintained properly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Cook aboard a vessel.
• Large-GRT tanker experience, as required by the employer.
• Applicable food hygiene and safety certificates.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as applicable.
• Proficiency in English communication and valid seafarer’s documents.

Employment Details

• Salary: USD 2,100–2,500 per month
• Joining: 2 November 2026
• Location: Singapore
