Job Description:
Augustea Intercrew Indonesia is seeking an experienced Baker & Pastry Chef to join an offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for bakery and pastry production while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing breads, pastries, desserts and baked products
• Managing daily bakery and pastry production
• Maintaining product quality and presentation standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
• Valid National CDC / Seaman Book
• Minimum 3–5 years of offshore experience
• Previous offshore catering experience required
• Previous bakery and pastry production experience
• Ability to prepare a variety of breads, pastries, desserts and baked products
• Relevant catering certification as applicable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
