Location: North Sea
Job Description:
We are looking for a Master for an OSV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. Contract duration is 4–6 weeks, with joining on 14 January.
Candidates must hold a Master Unlimited License, DP Full Certificate, and have at least 24 months experience on similar vessels in the rank of Chief Officer / SDPO, along with 720 active DP hours recorded in an IMCA DP Logbook.
Mandatory: valid UK Work Permit and full Covid-19 vaccination.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and overall command of the vessel
• Oversight of DP operations and ensuring compliance with DP procedures
• Leadership and supervision of deck officers and crew
• Coordination with client, project teams, and onshore management
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and international maritime regulations
• Maintaining vessel documentation and operational logs
Requirements:
• Master Unlimited CoC + Endorsements
• DP Full Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid UK Work Permit (mandatory)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Passport and Seaman’s Book
• At least 24 months experience on OSV DP2 or similar vessels in rank of Chief Officer/SDPO
• Minimum 720 active DP hours in IMCA-approved logbook
• Strong command of English
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
