Job Description:
IPS Powerful People is currently looking for an experienced Rigger Foreman to join an SSCV (Semi-Submersible Crane Vessel) project in the UK sector. The position is scheduled to start on 5 September 2026 with a 5-week rotation.

• Rigger Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating rigging activities onboard the SSCV
• Leading and supporting the rigging team during offshore operations
• Ensuring lifting and rigging operations are carried out safely and efficiently
• Conducting equipment checks and maintaining safe working practices
• Following vessel, project, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) or UK Passport – mandatory
• Valid BOSIET + CA-EBS
• Valid OGUK Medical
• Valid Rigger Certification
• Previous offshore experience as a Rigger Foreman
• Proven supervisory experience in offshore rigging operations
• Availability to join on 5 September 2026
