Job Description:
Advance Global Recruitment Ltd is urgently looking to speak with experienced Rig Mechanics for one of their client’s Jack-Up rigs operating on an international project.
This is an urgent requirement with mobilisation expected within 1–2 weeks. The successful candidates will join a jack-up drilling unit and support mechanical maintenance and repair operations to ensure safe and efficient rig performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Performing maintenance and repair of mechanical systems on jack-up rigs
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures
• Maintaining drilling and auxiliary machinery in safe working condition
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Supporting planned maintenance system (PMS) activities
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (if applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven experience as a Rig Mechanic on Jack-Up rigs
• Relevant technical certifications
• Ability to provide 2 professional references
