Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for a CTV Master to join our client's vessel in the Netherlands, starting from next week. This is an urgent requirement for an experienced professional with proven Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) experience. Candidates must hold valid documentation and be ready to join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe navigation, vessel operations, and passenger transfer duties in support of offshore wind farm or offshore installation activities
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and applicable maritime regulations
· Management of deck crew and coordination with offshore personnel for safe transfers
· Routine maintenance, inspections, and vessel readiness checks
· Accurate log-keeping, reporting, and adherence to passage planning requirements

Requirements:
· CTV experience (Crew Transfer Vessel) – mandatory
· COC (Certificate of Competency) as Master for applicable tonnage
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Passport
· Seaman's Book (valid)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available to join next week
