Job Description
A leading offshore vessel operator is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join CSOV vessels operating in Norway.
Successful candidates will support offshore wind and marine operations, vessel navigation, dynamic positioning activities, engine room management, crane operations, maintenance duties, catering services, and accommodation support while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, offshore safety standards, and company procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with previous experience on CSOV, SOV, OSV, MPSV, or similar offshore vessels and the ability to work effectively in multinational crew environments.

Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Conduct safe vessel navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Support dynamic positioning operations
- Participate in offshore project support activities
- Carry out mooring, cargo, and deck maintenance operations
- Operate deck equipment and cranes where applicable
- Ensure compliance with offshore safety procedures
Engine Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor machinery performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain engine room records and documentation
- Ensure safe and reliable engineering operations
Catering Department
- Prepare and serve meals for crew and offshore personnel
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
- Manage galley inventory and provisions
- Support accommodation and catering services onboard
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in offshore environments
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
- DPO certification required for DPO positions
Engineering Requirements
- Valid engineering certification appropriate to rank
- Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
- Strong technical and maintenance knowledge
Crane Operator Requirements
- Valid crane operator certification
- Previous offshore crane operations experience preferred
Catering Requirements
- Previous vessel catering experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
