Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for multiple Landing Craft Transport (LCT) Vessels. Our client operates a fleet of LCT vessels supporting logistics, cargo transport, and project operations in coastal and inter-island routes. These vessels are essential for moving heavy equipment, construction materials, and general cargo. We are looking for dedicated professionals with proven experience on LCT or similar shallow-draft, ramp-equipped vessels. Candidates must be ready to join on short notice and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe navigation, cargo loading/discharging operations, and vessel stability management
· Ramp operations, ballasting, and coordination with shore personnel during cargo transfers
· Routine maintenance of deck and engine equipment in accordance with company standards
· Compliance with safety management systems, ISM, and applicable local regulations
· Efficient watchkeeping and supervision of junior crew members as per rank

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
