We are hiring skilled and experienced maritime and offshore professionals to join an ROV Support Vessel.
The project includes subsea operations, deck activities, ROV deployment & recovery, marine operations, lifting operations, and technical support.
Candidates must be capable of working in a demanding offshore environment and demonstrate strong teamwork, safety awareness, and technical competence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ROV Support Vessel will be engaged in subsea intervention, inspection, maintenance, and ROV operational support.
Crew members will ensure safe marine operations, deck coordination, ROV activity assistance, engine room operations, and onboard hospitality services.
You will work in a multicultural team on a rotation-based offshore schedule with full support from the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Marine Crew
- Navigation, watchkeeping, and bridge operations
- Vessel maneuvering and DP assistance (if applicable)
- Supervising deck crews and marine activities
- Safe mooring, cargo handling, deck maintenance
Engineering Crew
- Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and engine room systems
- Ensuring operational readiness of critical machinery
- Repair and welding tasks as required
- Monitoring daily engine room operations
ROV Department
- Operating and maintaining ROV systems
- Supporting subsea intervention and inspection tasks
- Launch and recovery operations (LARS)
- Reporting technical issues and ensuring system integrity
Deck Crew
- Rigging operations and lifting activities
- Assisting crane operations and subsea equipment handling
Catering & Medical
- Preparing high-quality meals and maintaining galley hygiene
- Housekeeping and accommodation services
- Medical support and emergency response readiness
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory for All Maritime & Offshore Roles
- Valid STCW certificates
- Offshore medical certificate
- BOSIET / FOET
- Good English communication skills
- Documents valid minimum 18 months (recommended)
Position-Specific Requirements
- Officers: Valid COC appropriate to rank
- ETO / Engineers: Relevant technical engineering qualification
- ROV Crew: ROV certifications + proven subsea experience
- Crane Operator & Rigger: Valid offshore lifting certifications
- Medic: Offshore paramedic certification + medical license
- Cooks: Cook COC + Food Safety / Hygiene certificate
