We are currently seeking experienced maritime and technical professionals to join our fleet operating Dredgers, Barges, Tug Boats, and Floating Crane Vessels. These vessels support large-scale marine construction, dredging, and offshore infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe navigation and vessel handling during dredging and marine construction operations
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and backhoes safely and efficiently
- Perform vessel maintenance, repair, and construction support tasks
- Assist with rigging, lifting operations, and cargo handling
- Maintain deck equipment and support daily vessel operations
- Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations at all times
- Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete project tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Relevant maritime certification or technical qualification for the applied position
- Previous experience in dredging, marine construction, tugboats, or heavy equipment operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and physically demanding environment
- Good communication skills and strong work ethic
