DAAZ in cooperation with PT Trans Logistik Perkasa (TLP) is recruiting qualified and experienced Tug & Barge Crew to support marine logistics and towing operations.
The company operates tugboats and barges for coastal and regional projects, maintaining strong standards in safety, reliability, and crew professionalism.
We are currently hiring experienced and motivated seafarers to join our Tug & Barge fleet.
The operation involves towing, maneuvering, barge handling, deck operations, and engine room support.
Candidates must be responsible, safety-oriented, and experienced in tugboat operations.

As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and maneuvering of tugboats
• Towing and barge handling operations
• Deck maintenance, mooring, and watchkeeping duties
• Operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
• Compliance with company SMS, safety, and operational procedures
• Supporting daily marine logistics activities
• All documents valid minimum 1 year
• Valid Seaman Book
• MCU valid minimum 1 year
• MCU Garuda is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year experience on Tug Boat
• Responsible attitude and good work discipline
• Vessel Type: Tug & Barge
• Contract Duration: As per company policy
