Hiring Experienced Polish Maritime Professionals

We are looking to connect with qualified and experienced seafarers for potential upcoming projects within the offshore wind industry, specifically jack-up operations in Poland.
Candidates must have relevant offshore/jack-up experience and strong safety awareness.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The project involves supporting offshore windfarm installation and maintenance activities onboard jack-up vessels. Operations include vessel positioning, lifting operations, deck management, engineering support, and safe marine operations.

Professionals must be capable of working in a demanding offshore environment, demonstrating strong teamwork, technical competence, and adherence to safety standards.

Engineering Department

• Chief Engineer
• Second Engineer

• ETO (Electro–Technical Officer)

Deck Crew & Lifting

• Crane Operator
• Bosun

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities vary by position but generally include:

For Masters, Chief Officers, DPOs

• Safe navigation and positioning of the vessel
• Supporting jack-up operations and coordination with offshore teams
• Watchkeeping and bridge operations (including DP for DPO roles)
• Supervising deck and marine crew
• Ensuring compliance with maritime and HSE rules

For Engineers (CE, 2E, 3E, ETO)

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems
• Preparing machinery for jack-up operations
• Maintaining engine room equipment and documentation
• Ensuring safe and reliable functioning of critical systems

For Crane Operator, Bosun

• Conducting deck operations and heavy lifting
• Supporting offshore windfarm installation tasks
• Supervising deck crew (Bosun)
• Ensuring deck equipment and lifting gear readiness
• Performing safe crane operations according to procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the rank
• Offshore medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET
• Proven experience in offshore operations (windfarm or jack-up preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• Documents valid at least 18 months (recommended)

Position-Specific:

• DPO: Valid DP certificate (Limited/Unlimited)
• ETO: Electrical technical qualifications + offshore experience
• Crane Operator: Offshore crane certification + heavy lifting experience
• Masters/Chief Officers: Strong background in jack-up or offshore marine operations
