Job Description
Aavishka Shipping Services is currently recruiting experienced offshore professionals to join Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB) operating under the Saudi Aramco Project.
Successful candidates will support offshore construction, marine operations, heavy lifting, engineering, maintenance, and deck activities while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe offshore operations onboard Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges
- Perform navigational and engineering watchkeeping according to rank
- Operate lifting equipment, cranes, and offshore machinery
- Carry out mechanical maintenance, welding, and fabrication work
- Perform deck operations, mooring, and equipment maintenance
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, STCW requirements, and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the applied rank onboard Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB)
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- All certificates and travel documents must remain valid for at least 12–14 months
- Must not currently hold a valid Saudi Arabia (KSA) residence visa / Iqama
- Good English communication skills
- Strong offshore operational competence and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service

- Valid Marlin English Test Certificate issued by an approved Marlins testing center
- Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid National Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
- Mechanic / Motorman

- Crane Operator
- Valid Able Seaman Certificate of Proficiency (AB COP)
- Valid Crane Operator Stage-3 Certificate
- Welder / Fitter
- Previous offshore welding and fabrication experience preferred
