Job Description:
We are urgently looking for an ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) to join a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge operating in Saudi Arabia under an ARAMCO project.
The vessel is engaged in offshore operations requiring strict compliance with electrical safety and operational standards. The successful candidate must have proven experience on similar vessel types and be capable of handling electrical maintenance and troubleshooting independently.
Planned travel date: 31/05/2026
Contract duration: 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Maintaining and troubleshooting all electrical and electronic systems onboard
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of power generation and distribution systems
• Maintaining DP and control systems where applicable
• Performing planned maintenance and keeping accurate records
• Ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 24 months’ experience as ETO on Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
