Location: Saudi Arabia
We are currently recruiting an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a DSV vessel operating in Saudi Arabia on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical, electronic, and control systems onboard, ensuring continuous and safe vessel operations.
This position is strictly for candidates with extensive and proven DSV vessel experience, capable of working in a demanding offshore environment while complying with company procedures, client requirements, and international offshore safety standards.
• Operation, maintenance, and repair of vessel electrical and electronic systems
• Maintenance of power generation, distribution, automation, and control systems
• Support of DP, diving-related, and mission-critical systems (as applicable)
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and ensuring minimal downtime
• Compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and offshore regulations
• Accurate record keeping and reporting of maintenance activities
• Supporting inspections, audits, and vessel readiness
• Extensive previous experience as ETO on DSV vessels (mandatory)
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Passport & Seaman’s Book
• BOSIET
• H2S certification
• Good command of English
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a multinational crew
