Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join a DP3 Service Operation Vessel (SCOV) with GRT 12,652 and LOA 128 m, equipped with an offshore crane SWL 250t AHC / 3000 m wire. The vessel operates in the North Sea supporting offshore construction and subsea operations.
The role involves performing safe and precise lifting operations, supporting deck operations, and ensuring proper use and maintenance of crane equipment during offshore activities. The contract duration is 6 weeks, with a planned joining date of 6 May.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate the vessel’s offshore crane for cargo handling, subsea operations, and heavy lifting tasks
• Ensure all lifting operations comply with offshore safety regulations and company procedures
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks of crane systems before operations
• Coordinate lifting activities with deck crew, bridge officers, and offshore project personnel
• Maintain operational records and report any technical issues related to crane performance

Requirements:
• Valid First Class Seaman License
• Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Group Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 24 months of experience as Crane Operator on Multipurpose Support Vessel (MPSV) / Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) / Diving Support Vessel (DSV)
