Chief Engineer on PSV NON-DP(KSA)

Position: Chief Engineer – PSV NON-DP

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a non-DP Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in Saudi Arabian waters. The successful candidate must hold a valid Chief Engineer’s License and have at least 24 months of actual onboard experience in the rank of Chief Engineer on PSV/AHTS vessels. ARAMCO-approved candidates are preferred.

The expected joining date is the beginning of November 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all vessel machinery and engine-room systems.
• Supervising engine-room personnel and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Conducting inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of main and auxiliary machinery.
• Ensuring compliance with vessel safety procedures, environmental regulations, and applicable company requirements.
• Maintaining accurate engine-room records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid Chief Engineer’s License.
• Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience in the rank of Chief Engineer on PSV/AHTS vessels.
• ARAMCO approval preferred.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC), Endorsement, and all required STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Marlins English Test with a minimum score of 80% in all sections.
• Valid passport and seaman’s book with sea-service records for all vessels listed in the CV.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Updated CV with detailed sea-service history and references from previous employers.
