Bosun / Banksman for W2W Vessel

Job Description

An experienced Bosun / Banksman is required to supervise deck ratings and support lifting, deck maintenance, and offshore personnel transfer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deck maintenance and preservation.
• Supervise deck crew and allocate work.
• Support lifting operations and banksman duties.
• Assist with mooring and offshore operations.
• Maintain deck equipment and enforce safe working practices.

Requirements

• Relevant Bosun and Banksman experience.
• Experience in the same rank and on a W2W vessel.
• Experience on a vessel of at least 6,000 GT.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant banksman/slinger qualifications as required.
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents.
• Good English communication skills.
