Job Description:

We are looking for Able Seamen (AB) to join a barge project in the Netherlands. The employer is seeking 2–4 crew members with relevant offshore/deck experience. Joining is required ASAP.

The position involves deck operations aboard a barge, including floating line and anchor handling activities, as well as operation of a knuckle boom crane. Previous barge or offshore deck experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Handling floating lines and assisting with mooring/deck operations
• Anchor handling operations
• Operating a knuckle boom crane
• Carrying out general deck duties aboard the barge
• Supporting safe offshore/barge operations in accordance with company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience with floating lines
• Anchor handling experience
• Knuckle boom crane operation experience
• Previous barge/offshore deck experience
• Nationality: Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Croatian, or Dutch
• Availability to join ASAP
