Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a 3rd Officer / Junior Dynamic Positioning Officer (JDPO) to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) DP3 (GRT 12,652, built in 2012, Norwegian flag) operating in the Gulf of Mexico.
The successful candidate will join the vessel on 12 July for a 5-week contract. The company is looking for an experienced DP Officer with recent offshore experience on similar DP vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the bridge team with safe navigation and DP operations.
- Maintaining navigational watches in accordance with international regulations.
- Supporting offshore operations while ensuring compliance with company safety procedures.
- Maintaining navigational equipment and required documentation.
- Assisting the Master and senior officers in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Officer of the Watch (OOW) Certificate of Competency.
- HUET with CA-EBS certificate.
- DP Basic certificate (DP Advanced is preferred).
- Minimum 12 months of recent experience as 3rd Officer / JDPO on similar MPSV / DP vessels.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
