Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a DP2 Subsea Construction Offshore Vessel operating in the North Sea. The vessel is engaged in offshore subsea construction and support operations, requiring reliable engine room performance and strict adherence to safety standards.

The successful candidate will support the engine department in maintaining and operating all machinery and auxiliary systems onboard. Previous offshore experience on MPSV, OCV, or DSV vessels is mandatory.

Joining date: 4th of March.
 Contract duration: 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary engines
 • Monitoring engine room machinery and ensuring safe performance
 • Carrying out planned maintenance and repair works
 • Maintaining engine room logs and technical documentation
 • Ensuring compliance with company safety management system and offshore procedures

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW) Certificate of Competency
 • Minimum 12 months of actual onboard experience in rank as 3rd Engineer
 • Mandatory offshore experience on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels
 • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 4 weeks
 • Salary: 220 EUR per day
 • Area of Operation: North Sea
