Job Description:
We are currently looking for a qualified 3rd Engineer to join a DP2 Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating in the North Sea. The vessel is engaged in offshore subsea and diving support operations where reliable engine room performance is essential for safe vessel operations.
The successful candidate will assist in the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery and support the engineering team in ensuring safe and efficient vessel performance. The contract duration is 4 weeks, with a joining date scheduled for 11 March.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliary machinery, and engine room systems
• Monitor engine room equipment and report any technical issues to senior engineers
• Perform routine maintenance and participate in planned maintenance systems
• Maintain accurate engine room logs and technical records
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company regulations during all engineering operations

Requirements:
• Valid Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW) License
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid OPITO HUET with CA-EBS
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 12 months experience as 3rd Engineer on Diving Support Vessel (DSV) or similar offshore vessels
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
