Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join a Self-propelled Jack Up Barge DP2 operating in Saudi Arabia. The project offers a short-term 60-day contract with immediate joining. The vessel operates under offshore conditions, and the candidate is expected to have prior experience on similar vessel types or relevant offshore support vessels (AHTS). Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all engine room machinery and equipment
• Supervise and manage engine room crew and maintenance activities
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations
• Monitor fuel consumption, technical performance, and maintenance schedules
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Valid Chief Engineer License (COC) with endorsement
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum experience: 12 months as 2nd Engineer on Self-propelled Jack Up Barge or 12 months as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels
• Marlins test (minimum 60% in all sections)
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
