Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a DP2 Diving Support Vessel operating in Saudi Arabian waters. The vessel is engaged in offshore subsea and support operations within ongoing regional projects.

The 2nd Engineer will be responsible for supervising engine room operations, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of all machinery, and supporting DP-related technical maintenance. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and solid experience on DP2 vessels. ARAMCO-approved candidates are preferred.

Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising daily engine room operations and maintenance activities
 • Ensuring proper operation of main engines, generators, and auxiliary machinery
 • Overseeing planned maintenance systems and technical documentation
 • Supporting and monitoring DP-related machinery systems
 • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Second Engineer Certificate of Competency
 • DP Maintenance Certificate
 • Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience in rank as 2nd Engineer on similar DP2 vessels
 • ARAMCO approval is preferable
 • Marlins Test with minimum 60% score in all sections
 • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 60–90 days
 • Salary: 400–420 USD per day (depending on experience)
