Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a DP2 Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel operating in UAE waters. The vessel is engaged in offshore towing, anchor handling, and supply operations supporting oil and gas projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising engine room operations, maintaining DP-related machinery systems, and ensuring safe and efficient vessel performance. Strong DP technical knowledge and offshore experience are essential. ADNOC-approved candidates will be given preference.

Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising daily engine room operations and maintenance activities
 • Ensuring proper operation of propulsion systems, generators, and auxiliary machinery
 • Supporting DP system maintenance and monitoring DP machinery performance
 • Maintaining planned maintenance system (PMS) and technical documentation
 • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Second Engineer Certificate of Competency
 • DP Maintenance Certificate
 • DPVM Certificate
 • Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience in rank as 2nd Engineer on similar AHTS DP2 vessels
 • Minimum 500 DP hours (documented)
 • ADNOC approval is preferable
 • Marlins Test with minimum 60% score in all sections
 • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 60–90 days
 • Salary: 250 USD per day
