Job Description
Arjuna Samudera Indonesia is currently recruiting experienced seafarers to join Bulk Carrier vessels with planned joining during August–September 2026.
Successful candidates will support safe navigation, cargo handling, engine room operations, machinery maintenance, deck activities, and vessel operations while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.

- Chief Officer — USD 7,200/month
- Second Officer — USD 3,600/month
- Able Seaman (AB) — USD 1,500/month
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer — USD 9,500/month
- Second Engineer — USD 7,200/month
- Third Engineer — USD 3,600/month
- Oiler — USD 1,500/month
- Wiper — USD 1,110/month
Catering Department
- Messman — USD 1,110/month
Job Responsibilities
- Support safe bulk carrier operations during voyages and port calls
- Perform navigation and engine room watchkeeping according to rank
- Conduct cargo loading, unloading, ballast, and mooring operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and deck machinery
- Carry out planned maintenance and repair work
- Maintain accommodation and catering support services (Messman)
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience onboard Bulk Carrier vessels
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- All travel documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
- All STCW certificates must remain valid for at least 12 months
- Possession of a valid SID (Seafarer's Identity Document)
- Valid US Visa preferred
- Previous experience working with multinational crews
- Good English communication skills
- Strong professional and technical skills
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
