Crew for VLGC Vessel

Job Description:

Stella Marris Shipmanagement Inc. is hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for a VLGC vessel.

The company is seeking deck and engine department personnel with relevant maritime experience and valid certificates. Candidates with appropriate VLGC experience are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions:

Deck Department:

• 2nd Officer 
• 3rd Officer 
• Able Seaman (AB) x3 
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) 

Engine Department:

• 4th Engineer x3 
• Oiler 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and assigned rank, duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing assigned deck, engine-room, maintenance, and watchkeeping duties.
• Supporting safe cargo and vessel operations in accordance with VLGC procedures.
• Carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, and operational tasks.
• Following company safety procedures, international maritime regulations, and emergency protocols.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices on board.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the applied rank.
• Previous VLGC / gas carrier experience as applicable to the position.
• Valid and updated STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport, Seaman's Book, and relevant maritime documents.
• Good English communication skills.
• Candidates must meet all requirements applicable to their position.
