Job Description:

 This role is ideal for a candidate who can perform standard seafaring duties while also providing essential welding and metalwork support onboard. The position requires a hardworking individual ready to join on a standard maritime contract.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing lookout and steering duties as directed by the officer of the watch.

• Carrying out maintenance, preservation, and cleaning work on the deck and superstructure.

• Assisting with mooring and unmooring operations.

• Performing routine welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks for repairs and maintenance.

• Handling and maintaining deck machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates (including Basic Training)

• Medical fitness certificate (Seafarer's Medical)

• Proficiency in basic English communication

• Filipino Nationality

• Prior experience as an OS and proven welding skills are highly advantageous.

• Contract Duration: Standard 6-9 months with leave rotation
