Job Description:
Tjentong Maritim Indonesia is urgently recruiting experienced crew members to join a Container Vessel. The company is offering multiple positions with joining scheduled for 26–27 August 2026. The recruitment process is free of charge.
Open Positions:
• Master – USD 9,500/month
• 3rd Engineer – USD 3,500/month
• Bosun – USD 1,800/month
• Able Bodied Seaman (AB) ×2 – USD 1,400/month
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) – USD 1,200/month
• Cook – USD 1,800/month
• Messman – USD 1,200/month
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing duties according to the assigned rank and vessel department
• Supporting safe and efficient container vessel operations
• Maintaining vessel equipment, work areas, and accommodation facilities
• Following company safety, security, and operational procedures
• Working effectively as part of a multinational crew
Requirements:
Master:
• Previous experience as Master on Container Vessels required
3rd Engineer:
• Proven experience as 3rd Engineer
• Previous experience on the same vessel type required
Bosun:
• Valid maritime documents and certificates
• Relevant experience in rank preferred
Able Bodied Seaman (AB):
• Good knowledge of deck operations and seamanship
• Valid maritime documents and certificates
Ordinary Seaman (OS):
• Good English communication skills
• Fully vaccinated
• Valid maritime documents and certificates
Cook:
• Previous experience as a vessel Cook preferred
• Must accept HRA & WOA requirements
Messman:
• Relevant vessel experience preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
General Requirements:
• Valid passport, Seaman’s Book, STCW certificates, and medical documentation as applicable
• Ability to join in Egypt
• Availability for joining on 26–27 August 2026
